So, what's the job? You'll play a key role in driving the commercial performance of our insurance portfolio by leveraging data-driven insights and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of partner requirements.You'll be responsible for performance management, reporting, and product enhancement to deliver better outcomes for customers, product profitability and market competitiveness.You'll work with market leading insurance products in the Direct to Consumer and B2B space.You'll apply agile methodology and disciplined execution to deliver to the highest standard using best practice processes and extensive customer and stakeholder management.And what are we looking for? You'll monitor and analyse product performance, including key financial and operational metrics.You'll support scheme renewals with Underwriters, product expansions, and pricing adjustments, ensuring commercial viability.You'll manage all aspects of the insurance product lifecycle (commercial, technical, legal) from ideation to delivery, servicing, and claims management.You'll drive a data-centric approach to enhance product features, optimize customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.You'll utilize data insights to support strategic decision-making, ensuring continuous product improvement and revenue growth.You'll lead product planning, dependency management, and coordination with Business Analysts, ensuring timely execution of high-impact initiatives.So, why choose us?
