Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for an experienced External Sales Rep to join their successful sales team.

Key Responsibilities: Actively present, promote, and sell their products to both existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring a focus on loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify and generate new customer leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
Consistently meet or exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes.
What They're Looking For: A proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction sector, with a strong focus on customer service.
Solid knowledge of building and timber materials (advantageous).
Exceptional selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office.
