Job description NRG Health & Fitness are recruiting for a Part Time Fitness Instructor We are looking for an adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic individual who can deliver an excellent level of service.
To work as a Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer you will need to hold qualifications in group exercise instruction & personal training.
We are looking for someone who can work on a shift basis to include mornings, evenings and weekends.
You will need to be punctual and reliable.
Main duties: Carrying out fitness assessments, consultations and inductions with members.
Delivering a wide variety of group exercise classes; Spinning, Pump, Pilates, Strength & Conditioning, Kettlebells etc Supervising members to make sure that they are exercising safely and effectively.
Personal Training.
Ensuring the gym is kept clean and tidy & safety procedures are being followed Ensure pool & plant room health & safety procedures are adhered to.
