My client, a leading lifestyle brand, retailing throughout Ireland and headquartered in the midlands are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager for a 12-Month Contract.
Reporting to the Financial Controller and Managing Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and managing the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to optimise operational efficiency.
Spearhead budgeting, scenario planning, and forecasting processes.
Offer financial insights to optimise the end-to-end supply chain.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and facilitate external auditing processes.
Regularly evaluate costs and product pricing to ensure competitive margins.
Evaluate and manage financial risks associated with product prices and supply chain disruptions.
Support sales and marketing teams in developing promotional budgets and forecasts.
Engage with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance.
Develop financial strategies for Direct-to-Consumer initiatives.
Requirements: Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

5 years post-qualification experience in accounting and financial management.
Proven experience as a finance manager, preferably in a high-growth business.
Software experience with Xero, Shopify a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and trends.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information concisely.
Project management skills to oversee projects from inception to completion.
