Junior Customer Support Agent - Night Shift
This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager at our Galway-based health technology company.
Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner, resolving issues/complaints related to our products.
* Maintaining knowledge of our facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures.
* Working in a safe manner at all times.
* Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
