Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and production of a large variety of fresh baked goods, gourmet meals, pizzas, and other delicious products.
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
* Follow recipes, H.A.C.C.P/ Food Safety guidelines, and health and safety protocols.
* Participate in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bakery Assistant or similar role.
* Ability to read and follow recipes.
* Full training in H.A.C.C.P/ Food Safety.
* Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
* Availability to work at least 40 hours per week across the whole year.
* Able to work Sundays and evening shifts.
* Team player with excellent communication skills.
Location: Our kitchen is based close to Clondalkin Village, with easy access to multiple transportation options and free parking available on-site.
