Responsibilities
* Work on internal and customer initiatives in Public Cloud ERP.
* Provide support to customers and internal SAP teams.
* Collaborate with a team of consultants to support customers in their Cloud Transformation journey.
* Participate in customer workshops and manage scope and expectations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred but not essential).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting and/or support.
* Familiarity with Professional Services, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Finance, BTP, Integration.
* High customer orientation, service attitude, and business acumen.
* Strategic analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
* Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).

The EMEA Public Cloud Team supports customers with SAP Cloud ERP Implementation Services. We work collaboratively with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive meaningful business transformation to the Cloud.
We commit to flexible working schedules around business requirements and individual needs. Our hybrid work setup consists of three days a week in the office or on-site with customers or partners. This position can be based in Galway or Dublin.

Estimated Salary:
+80,000 - +110,000 per annum.
