A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort as Food and Beverage Server.
Responsibilities:
* Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner.
* Ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to business requirements.
* Be fully aware of any menu updates.
* Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required.
* Adhere to all cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Provide support in other areas of the business if required.
* Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
Requirements:
* Ability to provide warm, friendly, and efficient service.
* Passion for operations and working on the floor.
* Standards driven and detail-oriented.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and focus on continuous improvement.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure while delivering excellent service.
