Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to ensure the team's success.
* Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
* Testing Frameworks: Define and implement testing frameworks and methodologies to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
* Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and oversee their execution to validate software functionality and performance.
* Automation: Drive automation efforts to increase test coverage, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort through the implementation of automated testing tools and frameworks.
* Bug Tracking and Reporting: Establish robust bug tracking and reporting processes to accurately identify, prioritize, and escalate issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the QA function, driving initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and team performance.
* Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative environment by working closely with development, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in a QA leadership role, with a track record of successfully leading and managing QA teams.
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
* Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
* ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
