Learning & Development and Technical Training Coordinator
A key role within the company, responsible for administering evaluation, coordination, scheduling, and recording processes in the technical training cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the logistical arrangements of training sessions, including catering and transport.
* Identify and request IT/PPE requirements for courses.
* Manage training records, attendance, and completion.
* Liaise with external training providers to coordinate outsourced training sessions.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role, ideally within L&D.
* Proactive, able to work independently and in a team.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to establish good working relationships.
* Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to collect and review information.
