We will Count on You To:
3. Support MMB marketing initiatives and broader Wealth and Career growth activities.
4. Work with the Global Marketing Leader to plan and direct administrative and operational marketing activities.
5. Collaborate with the broader practice team to develop, progress, and finalize key marketing deliverables.
6. Create assets and marketing playbooks, distributing them to key asset libraries and distribution channels to elevate MMB /Mercer content.
7. Collaborate with relevant Centers of Excellence to plan, implement, and monitor MMB's digital presence on Mercer, Marsh, and Marsh McLennan channels to improve brand awareness and promote our global campaigns.
8. Drive the development, management, expansion, and execution of strategic marketing priorities, projects, and activities in the MMB/Mercer business.
9. Maintain governance and reporting for marketing projects, focusing on project progress and impact metrics.
10. Connect with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration (e.g., with sales, thought leadership, and other business leaders).
11. Develop analytics to enhance visibility of marketing’s contribution to growth acceleration, leveraging our marketing automation systems.
What You Need to Have:
12. Relevant marketing experience.
13. Experience working in a dynamic, complex environment—ideally international/global—with proven stakeholder management skills.
14. Demonstrable high learning agility, balancing openness to new ideas with driving tangible action in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
15. Strong organizational skills, program management, and multitasking abilities.
16. A self-starter who can operate independently, taking initial ideas and expanding on them to drive pragmatic deliverables.
17. Results-oriented with a practical ‘get things done’ mentality.
18. Strong written and oral communication skills.
19. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
20. Experience with relevant Marketing & Sales enablement platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

24. This role is essential to maintain expected service levels from the business, especially as we navigate recent changes in team structure and roles that have been moved or not replaced.
25. The Marketing Executive will help mitigate duplication of work and ensure consistency across the Mercer and Marsh brands.
26. The expectation is to contribute to our growth targets for 2025, building on the success we achieved in 2024.
