The suitable candidate would require the following:
* Have a Solid Knowledge of Restaurant Fine Dining and Banqueting
* Ability to take control and lead a team Initiative and self motivation
* Candidate should be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and skill in the kitchen
* Knowledge and familiarity with HACCP Management of Food Hygiene
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Must have 2/3 Years previous culinary experience in a similar style property
This position will be a 39 hour week at €34000 per annum.
