Senior Analyst/Project Lead - Business Resilience Manager

Role Background & Purpose
We seek a skilled Business Resilience Manager to support strategic transformational projects that enhance operational agility, mitigate risks, and bolster resilience. As the Business Resilience Manager, you will oversee process changes, ensure seamless transitions, and drive long-term success.
Responsibilities:
* Lead project execution, minimizing financial and reputational risks, and translating complex processes into scalable systems.
* Oversee agile audits focused on resilience, ensuring findings are actioned and closed.
* Utilize the ISO Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology to develop resilient processes, defining and documenting complex processes for organizational alignment.
* Provide empathetic support to team members during change, facilitating training sessions, and implementing strategies for openness and adaptability.
* Proactively respond to emerging risks, resolve escalations effectively, and maintain a people-centric approach.
* Analyse data to generate insights, producing reports for informed decision-making and programme optimization.
Experience & Attributes:
* ISO Methodology: In-depth knowledge of the ISO Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology, especially in closed-loop processes.
* Process Migration & System Integration: Proven experience in defining and translating complex processes into organizational systems.
* Audit Management: Skilled in overseeing agile audits and closing out critical findings for transformational projects.
* Communication: Ability to translate complex issues and audit findings into simple language for all levels within the organization.
* People-Centric Approach: Empathetic, supportive, and skilled at guiding people through change.
* Conflict Management: Proficient in conflict resolution, maintaining focus on project goals and collaboration.
* Training: Confident in delivering training on complex processes, ensuring comprehensive understanding and engagement.
* Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills to develop reports, monitor project success, and highlight emerging risks.
* Adaptability: Highly responsive to change, capable of pivoting focus based on organizational priorities.
