On behalf of our client, were looking for an experienced HR Manager or Asst HR Manager ready for their first HR Manager role to handle all things people-relatedhiring, compliance, culture, and problem-solving. Youll work closely with leadership to ensure the company runs smoothly, employees are supported, and policies actually make sense. Responsibilities: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies. Develop and implement training and development programs. Create and maintain a positive workplace culture. Work with department heads to align HR with business goals. Keep HR processes efficient and practicalno unnecessary red tape. Requirements: Solid experience in HR management (preferably in the hospitality industry). Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Practical, solution-focused approachno fluff.
