Overview Of The Role
The IT and Systems Analyst will be accountable for the efficient operation of the FUEL tech stack, providing first-line support and IT business partnering to the client-facing and delivery teams. Working closely with the Finance and Operations teams, the role will work on the implementation of a new ERP, assisting with training, change management, and troubleshooting. The role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Reporting into the CFO
2. Provide technical support to end-users for all systems in tech stack
3. System maintenance and administration
4. Support the testing and implementation of system changes
5. Onboarding/offboarding on all systems
6. Designing and delivering internal training on systems
7. IT asset register maintenance - Ordering & maintenance of IT equipment as and when needed across the whole business
8. Working with third-party service providers and support desks.
9. Update and maintain all company software/technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
10. Looking for innovative solutions to the company's use of tech in everyday operations
11. Manage contracts and licenses for IT platforms
12. Managing IT/Cyber security risk
Attributes & Skills
1. Experience in administering and supporting end-user applications.
2. Excellent working knowledge of G-Suite
3. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
5. Ability to communicate IT/Systems to a wide range of skills.
Who are we looking for?
1. 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency setting
2. Desirable: Degree in IT or related discipline or professional experience in a related field
3. Ideally experience with an ERP system but not necessary
4. Provide impressive references/referees
Working hours
The successful applicant will generally work normal office hours 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday, and 9 am to 5 pm on Fridays. On occasion, they may need to work extra hours, including evenings and weekends.
