We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting employee relations and driving HR initiatives across our business.

Greenogue Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin Hybrid & Flexible Working (Own transport recommended due to location & occasional travel)
What youll do:
Employee Relations Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
Manager Support Partner with managers, coaching them on HR best practices, performance management, and absence processes to build confident leadership teams.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure company policies are up-to-date, legally compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Mediation & Conflict Resolution Proactively address workplace disputes, facilitating mediation sessions and promoting a collaborative work culture.
HR Projects & Process Improvements Lead and support HR initiatives, training programs, and audits to drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
HR Reporting & Insights Analyse key HR metrics, providing insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
What were looking for:
A minimum of 3years HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
A third-level qualification in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification or working towards, desirable).
In-depth knowledge of employment law, conflict resolution strategies, and HR best practices.
Mediation qualification (or proven experience facilitating workplace resolutions).
A confident, solutions-focused professional with strong discretion, empathy, and integrity.
Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with HR IT systems and a solid understanding of GDPR compliance.
Flexibility to travel occasionally to our sites in Cork and Kilkenny.
