Medical Secretary / Nursing Development Practice Coordinator (Grade V)
This is an ongoing role that provides critical administrative support to the nursing development team at a busy hospital in Dublin City Centre South.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule Coordination: Organise and maintain schedules for nursing training and development programs
* Documentation Management: Prepare and manage key documents, including reports, policies, and meeting minutes
* Meeting Coordination: Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events for nursing development
* Administrative Support: Serve as the primary contact for administrative inquiries within the nursing department
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to hospital data management procedures
* Policy Implementation: Support the rollout of updated policies by maintaining accurate records
* Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Requirements:
