Job Summary:
The Cloud Support Engineer will be the 'Cloud Ambassador' across all cloud products, arming customers with required tools & tactics to get the most out of their Product and Support investment.
This role involves using groundbreaking technologies, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, interacting with leading engineers, partnering with Amazon Web Services teams, driving customer communication during critical events, driving projects that improve support-related processes, and writing tutorials, how-to videos, and other technical articles for the developer community.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
2. Knowledge/experience in administration and troubleshooting for two (2) or more of the following: DevOps/Deployment Orchestration Management, Configuration Management.
3. Knowledge/experience in continuous integration technology (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, or related tools).
4. Understanding of the complete deployment lifecycle from design, build, test, deploy.
5. Experience with Kubernetes or containerization technologies.
6. Understanding of hypervisor/virtualization and containerization.
7. Experience with programming/scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby, and/or PHP).
8. Exposure to Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Xen).
9. 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
10. One or more Web and Application Server technologies (e.g., Apache HTTPD, Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Glassfish, JBoss, Puma, Passenger, IIS).
11. Scripting or development experience using Python, Node.js/JavaScript, PowerShell, or C# (.NET), Ruby, Golang.
12. Experience with System Administration with Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) and/or Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies (Active Directory, Exchange).
13. Experience in Networking technologies including DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, DHCP, and Load Balancing.
14. Experience with Network troubleshooting tools (telnet, test-netconnection, tracert, tracetcp, iperf, ntttcp, dig, and packet capture tools).
