Job Summary:
The Legal Secretary in the Commercial Property & Banking Department will provide legal secretarial support to Solicitors. This role involves transcribing dictations, formatting legal documents, and filing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transcribe dictations
* Format legal documents
* File, invoice, and provide general administrative support
* Prepare registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents
* Requisition on Title, scheduling title documents, and preparing Contract for Sale
* Prepare closing documentation, Bibles of Security/Title documents, and ROS online returns
* Data Room Management and reception cover occasionally
Background and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience as a legal secretary in the Commercial Property & Banking department. They should be able to work in a fast-paced office environment.
