Job Description
We are seeking a reliable maintenance person to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have background in general maintenance and repair. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Job Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
* Conduct inspections of buildings and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
* Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective and efficient operations.
* Administer and coordinate the PPM and reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliers.
* Log and update site maintenance related tickets on our RealTime CAFM system.
* Review and log Health and Safety documentation including permit to work system.
* Co-ordinate all works in accordance with agreed KPIs/SLAs
* Support in house maintenance as required
* Be responsible for daily inspection and checks
Qualifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
* The ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essential
* Planning and organisational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to prioritise them
* The ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Understanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assets
* A basic understanding of good health & safety practices
* This position involves working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
