HR Officer
We are seeking an HR Officer to deliver a proactive, customer-focused HR service throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting key business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Update and maintain all employee records on the HRIS, along with answering any related queries.
* Support workforce planning and recruitment processes, handling sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
* Collaborate with leadership on talent management, including performance reviews and feedback.
* Support L&D pathways by organising training sessions and coordinating with internal and external providers.
* Conduct HRIS audits, along with analysing data and preparing reports on all HR inputs.
* Support managers and employees with employee relations cases, such as grievances and absence management.
* Help develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with legal requirements and best practices.
* Contribute to initiatives like employee engagement and wellbeing programs.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar role and industry.
* HR or relevant 3rd level degree.
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified.
* IT proficient, particularly in MS Office and HR systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and progress.
