Job Title: Customer Success Training and Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Training and Onboarding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious clients, a world-leading social media platform, based in Dublin City Centre.
The Customer Success Training and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that our client's customers receive the best possible experience and are set up for long-term success. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through critical training and onboarding processes, ensuring that they have a thorough understanding of our client's products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* 2+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D environment, sales or customer support;
* Experience delivering learning programs;
* Experience in a customer- or client-facing role (such as Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management);
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to address both technical details and topics such as sales enablement and methodology;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong listener and able to explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt tone for different audiences;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* 4-year degree;
* Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training as well as internal curriculum development and execution;
* Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings;
* Fluency in French or Italian and with a superb level of English (C1 or C2);
* Software sales effectiveness experience and possibly experience using different platforms and CRM;
