Archer Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and resilient sales professional to join our business development team. As a member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for growing existing client accounts and acquiring new client accounts and roles.
What You Will Do:
* Specialise in an area of the IT market and become an expert in your field.
* Grow existing client accounts and bring new roles into the organisation.
* Book and attend meetings with top decision-makers, and meet clients in person.
* Negotiate and close deals and maintain exceptional account management.
* Create and nurture relationships across the IT Market.

What You Will Have:
* Minimum 1 year of B2B Sales experience
* Experience selling a service is a bonus
* Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
