Role: Sales Account Manager – M365 Productivity Adoption

Responsibilities Expectations of Role:
1. Understand the client’s business needs, challenges, and objectives to position Microsoft 365 solutions effectively. Consult with clients on Microsoft’s M365 Productivity features, including cloud services (Azure), Artificial intelligence (AI) and enterprise applications.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts in both public and private sectors.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Storm Technology.
4. Educate clients on new Microsoft (with particular emphasis on M365) products, updates, and innovations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
5. Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales and sales operations, M365 Productivity Consulting Practice, Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure alignment in delivering solutions and addressing customer needs.
6. Collaborate with partners and resellers to maximize business potential.
7. Track and report on account performance metrics, including sales revenue, renewals, and customer engagement.
8. Regularly provide sales forecasts, account status updates, and pipeline reports to senior leadership as required.
9. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling other Microsoft Business Solutions within existing accounts to enhance client value and deepen business relationships.
10. Attend marketing and industry events where required.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Deep understanding and experience delivering or selling of Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft solutions.
2. Relevant Microsoft Certifications and demonstration of commitment to on-going learning.
3. Experience selling/implementing MS AI solutions.
4. Proven track record of exceeding OTE in a Sales role.
5. Demonstrated success in managing large, strategic accounts.
6. Skilled at influencing and negotiating with C-level executives and decision-makers.
7. Ability to analyse business challenges and develop tailored solutions. Broad technology industry understanding and commitment to on-going learning and keeping up to speed.
8. Business development mindset and natural interest in account management and sales.
9. Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics to drive account strategy.
