Job Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring the highest standards of luxury and service while driving the digital presence and social media strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Social Marketing & Brand Development:
Create and execute an effective social media strategy to promote the luxury offerings.
Manage and grow the online presence, including responding to guest reviews and enhancing brand visibility.
Identify influencers, partnerships, and opportunities for cross-promotion.
Guest Relations &
Experience:
Champion an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that each visitor feels valued.
Handle guest feedback and implement improvements to ensure satisfaction.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
Maximize profitability through strategic pricing and marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for continuous improvement.
Experience:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in luxury hotels or resorts.
Strong background in social media management/marketing and digital marketing.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams while delivering outstanding results.
Strong business acumen with a track record of financial and operational success.
Preferred:
A qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with analytics tools and social media marketing platforms.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
