As a Quality Compliance Auditor, you will help turn innovative ideas into reality by conducting internal policy and procedure audits to ensure conformance with international quality system and Good Laboratory Practices standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct audits to ensure conformance with applicable regulations and EW policies and procedures.
* Evaluate objective evidence to determine conformity to requirements, including ranking nonconformance findings.
* Provide input on business unit and/or corporate quality initiatives, including designing systems and procedures.
* Plan annual audit schedules and execute basic audits efficiently.
* Assist in generating metrics for the auditing system.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years of experience in Quality Compliance Auditing are required. Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience is preferred.
Additional Skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent audits.
* Solid computer skills in MS Office Suite and general office machinery operation.
* Good written and verbal communication skills, including negotiating and relationship management.
* Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Solid knowledge of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to quality compliance auditing.
* Strict attention to detail and ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
