Produces/ packs all applicable products using specification sheets, verbal and handwritten instructions.
Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the day to day operation, output, Quality and performance of the relevant production / packing lineOperate and monitor the production activities and equipment uptime and target outputs, where applicableResponsible for supporting all batch documentation and cGMP of each production runResponsible for all batch documentation and cGMP of each packing runSupport effectively in reviewing and implementing accurate Standard Operating procedures (SOP’s)Report variance or deviation from Standard Operating Procedures to SupervisorMaintains production / packing line areas in a clean and orderly manner at all timesComplies with all Safety related proceduresResponsible for the timely set up of packing lines ensuring full line clearanceAdditional duties and responsibilities: Actively participate in Lean programs with a focus on line efficiency and waste reductionRegular housekeeping/ cleaning dutiesOther duties as requested by Manager/Supervisor QualificationsLeaving Certificate or equivalentGood written and oral communication skills required.Must have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability.Must be capable of working individually or in a team environmentPrevious experience in a manufacturing facility is an advantageAdditional InformationWe offer a 12 months fixed-term contract.
