Overview:
An exciting opportunity for an experienced EHS Advisor to join a growing team with a strong pipeline of projects over the next five years. Competitive salary and career development opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide EHS guidance and support to management, employees, and subcontractors.
* Conduct audits, site inspections, and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
* Develop and maintain site-specific EHS plans, risk assessments, and method statements (RAMS).
* Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor PPE usage, conduct training, and promote a strong safety culture.
* Attend safety meetings and prepare regular EHS reports.
Requirements:
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering.
* Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (NFQ Level 8) and Environmental Management (NFQ Level 6).
* Safe Pass, Train the Trainer, and First Aid certification.
* Knowledge of ISO 14000/45000, EHS management systems, and construction regulations.
* Strong communication, auditing, and incident investigation skills.
* IOSH membership or equivalent preferred.
