To have very good leadership, communication, team working, planning and organisational skills. Ability to be flexible with working hours to meet the support needs for the person. Full clean manual driving licence & requirement to drive service vehicle. The ability to partner and liaise effectively with the person, their family and those who support them. The ability to focus and have a strong desire to see the person lead a valued life in terms of home, family, work, social-life, relationships and support. The ability to be creative and innovative. To be a good observer, a critical thinker and good problem solver. Experience in supporting people in individualised ways.
