Klaviyo is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our brand new Dublin, Ireland office. Reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, you will have the opportunity to partner with and support our regional functions to drive strategic people initiatives across all levels. Our KPPL function exists to make Klaviyo the best place for ambitious people to learn and grow. We are a product-led function, with culture being our product.In this role, you will represent the voice of the region to our KPPL Expert partners, align our KPPL strategy to business objectives, and deliver programs that continually make our product better. You will also have the unique opportunity to hard launch our product in Dublin, and build the culture from the ground up. You will support business leaders in our post-sales teams including Customer Success, Customer Support as well as R&D and G&A as a sounding board and thought partner, a player-coach, and act as a trusted advisor to the business. If you are an expert builder, skilled at driving rapid change management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, then this is the role for you.How You’ll Make a DifferenceProvide strategic HR business partnership and coaching to people managers to impact the engagement, development, and retention of talentAct as a consultant to leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and change managementIn partnership with the EDI team, serve as an advocate, coach, and facilitator for diversifying our workforceUtilize data to derive insights on trends and recommend, implement, and manage projects and programsSupport all Dublin employees and address the needs and concerns when any issues ariseIdentify organizational gaps, and deploy impactful people strategies that enable teams to perform effectively, and scale efficientlyIn partnership with our KPPL expert teams, support the creation, launch, and execution of all KPPL initiatives such as performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational designProvide counsel and guidance on complex employee relations situationsCollaborate with the HRBP team to build and implement programs and initiatives across EMEAWho You Are5+ years of progressively responsible experience as an HRBP, preference given to GTM experienceDeep knowledge of Ireland HR practices, laws, and trendsExperience influencing and advising leaders on talent and employment situationsExperience using data and trend analysis to influence decisions as well as HRIS systems, preference given for Tableau and WorkdayExperience identifying, designing, and deploying HR initiatives within a regional officePassion for collaborating with others (People team COEs, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.) to build world class teamsDemonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple, complex, competing priorities, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Expertise navigating ambiguous situations, with high levels of autonomy and escalating where necessaryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEligibility to work in Ireland without restrictionKey CompetenciesCurious thinker and strong business acumenAbility to coach leaders at all levels of the organization on personal and team developmentEmotional intelligence and relationship managementChange management expertise in a rapidly scaling environmentSolutions-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
