Operations Manager / Site Manager The Role Our client, a leading manufacturing facility, are seeking an Operations Manager /Site Manager to oversee overall operations on site, ensuring service levels, quality, and manufacturing standards align with defined KPIs and SLAs. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for production execution, asset maintenance, technology support, and continuous improvement initiatives within the plant to drive efficiency and cost reduction. Additionally, the Site Manager collaborates with business unit leaders to ensure seamless execution within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kilkenny. Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership for plant operations, overseeingquality control, safety, manufacturing execution, engineering, materials management, and information systems. Manage plant performance in alignment with strategic objectives, preparing theAnnual Business Plan and controlling variable costs within budget. Ensure production targets are met, maintaining highthroughput, yield, and recovery standards. OverseeEnvironmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, implementing and promoting best-practice policies and procedures. Ensure full compliance with allregulatory and industry standards. Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives using industry-leading tools and methodologies. Develop and implementworld-class quality processes to maintain a competitive edge. Foster a collaborative environment, working closely withMaintenance, Quality, Process Technical, R&D, HR, and other functions to optimize performance. Demonstrated ability tolead large teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
