We serve the Irish market with a diverse range of healthcare products including diagnostics, medical devices, and nutritionals. In Ireland, we have a significant presence across ten sites.
We have six manufacturing facilities located in Clonmel, Cootehill, Donegal, Longford, and Sligo, as well as a third-party manufacturing management operation in Sligo.
Our commercial, support operations, and shared services are based in Dublin and Galway.

This facility plays a key role in helping us meet the increasing global demand for diagnostic testing in areas such as infectious disease, cancer, thyroid, and cardiovascular diseases.

Job Purpose
We currently have an opening in our Department for a professional to fill the following role:
Purpose of the Job
1. Independently manage complex, long-duration projects, product improvements, and investigations.
2. Proactively identify opportunities for significant operational, process, or product improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management: Independently design, manage, and conduct complex long-duration projects, product improvements, and investigations (or support Third Party Manufacturing projects).
* Product and Process Improvements: Recognize opportunities and propose novel ideas for significant operational, process, or product improvements. Perform or support test and process method modifications, critical process parameters, and analytical performance characteristics.
* Design Control and Risk Management: Effectively balance compliance risk and business risk to create and review risk management files.
* Complaint and Internal Investigations: Independently manage complex investigations to resolution. Demonstrate advanced statistical techniques and/or project management tools.
* Technical Support: Assist in resolution of multiple complex technical and quality issues across ADD Sites and/or functions (instrument; reagents; software, and commodities).
* Sharing Knowledge: Present complex technical information to internal and external groups. Share scientific information and expertise with customers and regulatory agencies.
* Strategic and Results Orientation: Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through actionable recommendations and accomplishments.
Requirements
* A relevant third-level qualification in a scientific and/or technical field is desired or a relevant combination of education and experience.
* Four years' related work experience and an advanced degree is desirable.
