Site Administrator
A 2-year fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join our team in Galway on a housing project.
Key Responsibilities:
* BCAR: Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of certificates.
* Organize and maintain construction documents, provide training to the team, and manage document uploads.
* Offer administrative support to the site team, including meeting minutes and follow-ups.
* Assist with subcontractor inductions and handovers.
* Order office supplies and maintain dashboards for progress tracking.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience.
* Basic understanding of the construction industry is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong IT skills and ability to multitask.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and deadline management.
