As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel & Event Executive to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
Your responsibilities will shift between sports & group travel and event operations throughout the year. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently while also thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities Travel Executive Duties
* Assist with all aspects of travel arrangements, including coach hire, group travel, and sports travel services.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored travel solutions.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure a seamless experience.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
* Design and develop detailed travel itineraries and tours.
* Coordinate and manage bookings with suppliers, including but not limited to transportation and accommodations.
* Process payments accurately and issue invoices with precision.
* Establish budgets and sales targets, continuously working towards achieving and maintaining them.
Event Transport Operations
* Assist with planning and executing transport operations for major events.
* Support the team with licensing and compliance requirements for event transport.
* Assist with budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting for event transport services.
* Coordinate with clients, operators, and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
* 2 years of experience in the travel or event transport industry in a full or part-time role.
* Proven ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.
* Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial oversight would be helpful.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and vendors.
* Proficiency in travel software is a plus.
