Job Title: IT Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced and passionate IT Support Engineer to join our team at a leading IT Managed Service Provider based in Belfast.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing IT solutions and engaging in a variety of projects across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support existing infrastructure and consult on network security, productivity, and M365 solutions.
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support primarily through PSA RMM tools.
* Offer infrastructure consultancy focusing on network, security, and productivity including M365.
* Participate in project work as required, including server upgrades, Windows 11 rollouts, and cybersecurity improvement remediations.
* Work closely with the Account Manager to fulfil client needs and adapt to their changing requirements.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
* Strong working knowledge of M365 (Identity, Intune) and Secure Modern Office.
* Experience with Windows Server Administration including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print.
* Familiarity with Windows Desktop rollout and support.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of describing problems and working through solutions.
* Good documentation discipline and ability to follow and improve SOPs and policies.
* Team-oriented, with a willingness to ask for help and share knowledge.
Desirable:
* M365 certification.
* Experience in an MSP environment, familiar with PSA ticketing and working with multiple clients.
* Knowledge of Azure Iaa S, VMware, Veeam, Citrix, Aruba Networking, Sophos FW, Teams Voice, and vulnerability management.
