Contracts Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in the Munster Region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to progress to Director level.
Duties:
* Manage numerous projects across urban and rural environments, with a focus on urban environments.
* Report directly to the Managing Director.
* View projects through a commercial lens, understanding pricing and project delivery.
* Work across multiple projects with multiple project managers and teams.
* Detail costs, complete values, and claims narratives.
* Build successful relationships with clients, stakeholders, and 3rd-party providers.
* Lead and manage an existing team, utilizing communication and leadership skills to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and motivation.
* Liaise and coordinate with staff, departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Full clean driver's license essential.
* Minimum Level 8 Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* 15 years of total experience, with 5 years in Ireland.
* Experience dealing with stakeholders.
* Desirable experience with Public Works contracts and large civils projects.
* Confident, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
* Strong time management skills to meet targets.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
* Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
