My Client is seeking an ambitious, experienced, and driven sales professional to be a key part of their sales expansion in Munster. Personal motivation and a knowledge of the healthcare sector in Ireland is required.
The Role
1. Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Research market trends, identify potential clients, and develop a strategic sales approach.
3. Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
4. Develop and execute tailored sales presentations and proposals to attract new customers.
5. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
6. Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
7. Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs and propose solutions aligned with Company's offerings.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication.
9. Address and resolve any client concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
10. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
11. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
12. Develop and implement business development strategies to strengthen Company's market position.
13. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
14. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs to sharpen business acumen and sales techniques.
The Candidate:
1. 3+ years experience selling into the healthcare sector in Ireland.
2. Proven capability to meet or exceed targets and expectations.
