Job Description
The Food Commercial Manager will be at the heart of Slamcore's food operations, leading menu creation, driving food strategy, and managing key food marketing initiatives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, shape the future of Slamcore, and be part of a rapidly scaling business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead menu creation and execution to ensure innovative, high-quality, and commercially optimized offerings
* Owning and managing weekly menu performance using key food metrics and customer insights to drive continuous improvement
* Developing and delivering a food marketing calendar in collaboration with local teams
* Managing complex food-related projects, working closely with teams across supply chain, technology, and customer
* Monitoring the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to enhance our food proposition
* Driving strategic decision-making through financial models and business cases
* Championing menu iterations and problem-solving to enhance quality and consistency
* Collaborating with UK-based teams to align strategies and initiatives
Requirements
* A commercially minded professional with data-driven decision-making skills under pressure
* Experience in commercial leadership within fast-growing or new market launch environments
* Skills in commercial strategy, project management, and analytics, ideally within the food industry
* A collaborative leader who can build relationships and influence key stakeholders
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Passionate about food with a keen eye for trends, quality, and customer preferences
