About the Role:
We are seeking a Part-Time Construction Administrator to join our team.

Youll be working in a modern office with on-site parking and kitchen facilities, supporting our construction projects with top-tier administrative expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling administrative tasks related to construction projects, including document management, scheduling, and reporting.
Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
for efficient record-keeping and communication.
Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining databases, processing invoices, and assisting with procurement tasks.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
