Our Website Operations Team are responsible for ensuring our customers receive a first-class outstanding experience when they place an order online to when they receive it and after care support.
Our Operations team will be the first point of contact via email or telephone for any online customer queries or enquires.

Role overview:As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: Order fulfilment - Owing & delivering a fantastic experience for our customers & ensuring our orders are processed inside SLA (Service Level Agreement) Customer Service – Dealing with all general correspondence and telephone-based duties ensuring speedy resolution in line with SLA's and doing the right thing for our customersUpdating system records with customer updates, checking accuracy of daily activities, and assisting with the day to day running of the web operationsSupport with web property merchandising, i.e.
product updates and ensure any inaccuracies on the website are reported and rectified immediatelyWork closely with Commercial, Merchandising, Logistics - including Team Knowhow & Courier partners and UK contact centre i.e.
