Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Engineer (Full Time)

Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical support for on-site and remote customer needs.
* Maintain effective external relationships with vendors, consultants, and service providers; leveraging these relationships to ensure that the best fit solutions and resources are available to the company.
* Oversee medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Manage and resolve escalated technical issues.
* Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
* Mentor and support the development and excellence of engineers across the team.
* Research and test new product offerings which may become part of our service offerings.
* Participate in after-hours maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting and/or on-call availability.
* Maintain clear communication with customers and management.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtualisation, Networking, and Security.
* Experience with Hybrid IT Solutions (Cloud and On-Prem).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, SQL Server.
* Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
Essential Requirements
* Relevant third-level degree or equivalent.
* 10+ years of relevant experience.
* Full clean driver’s licence.
