Senior HR Officer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Officer to join our client's team in Co. Longford.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and inductions.
* Participate in employee grievances, hearings, disciplinaries, and investigations (Must have WRC experience).
* Manage and maintain employee records, absenteeism, compliance documentation, and data.
* Oversee work visas and permits.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Prepare reports and HR analytics/statistics.
* Assist in the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interviews.
Requirements
* 4-5 years of HR Officer experience working in a similar role.
* 3rd Level HR/CIPD qualification or working towards essential.
* MUST HAVE experience with employee disciplinaries and grievances.
* Knowledge of Employment Law - essential.
* Knowledge of Irish Tax/Payroll Law - essential.
* Must have WRC experience.
* Experience using ERP/HR management systems.
* Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Strong planning and organisational skills with a high standard of accuracy.
* Fluent in English written and oral.
* Must have own transport and full Irish Driving License.
