Job Description
To provide fee-earners with proactive and high-quality secretarial support, enabling them to focus on providing legal services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
* Manage extensive schedules, appointments, travel, and meetings efficiently.
* Handle correspondence, including drafting, proofreading, and filing documents.
* Maintain and organize records, files, and client databases.
* Apply house styles.
* Submit invoices and expenses.
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Secretarial role (senior-level experience preferred).
* Completion of a Secretarial course or similar qualification is highly advantageous.
* Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
