We seek to hire a dynamic-thinking professional who works well with a team. A successful applicant will be able to communicate professionally and courteously with customers, be proficient in using the Microsoft suite, be willing to learn how to use a company ERP system, and appreciate good record-keeping.
The role itself has two key responsibilities:
1. Customer Liaison: To liaise closely with customers who have contracted Irish Door Systems to carry out their new installation. This includes being the customer's single point of contact for all enquiries until their installation is complete. This role requires close communication with the rest of the IDS team, including the Operations, Production, and Field Departments, to ensure the customer's project is completed on time and schedule.
2. Administrative Role: To carry out an administrative role in certain HR/staff matters, such as processing annual leave and recording sick leave, and working closely with the IDS HR Manager to assist all employees with various HR matters.
Some knowledge of the construction industry and HR is useful but not essential. The successful applicant will be fully supported in understanding all company HR policies.
