Responsibilities
1. Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
2. Source and engage top talent through various channels, including resume databases, networking sites, and referrals.
3. Assess candidate qualifications through phone interviews, skills assessments, and background checks.
4. Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate with candidates.
5. Ensure strict adherence to all regulations and compliance standards.
6. Provide regular reporting and consultative guidance to stakeholders on recruitment activities and strategies.
Qualifications
1. Proven recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
2. Proficiency in using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
