About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Electrical Contracts Manager.
* Supervise building engineering services (electrical) contracts and ensure service delivery meets all relevant standards.
* Manage workforce and labour, providing weekly reports for meetings with managers and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and partner organisations to achieve contract specifications and service delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
* Contract supervision, including issuing purchase orders, verifying variation requests, and processing payments.
* Onsite quality control inspection and reporting on the quality of planned works.
Requirements
* 5 years of experience as an Electrical Contracts/Project Manager.
* Experience in planning and managing budgets to deliver value for money.
* Proven ability to lead and implement projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Ability to lead teams to deliver results.
