Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Production Manager, you will:
* Plan & Execute: Develop and oversee manufacturing plans, aligning resources and timelines to achieve production goals with precision.
* Inspire Excellence: Lead and mentor a team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
* Drive Innovation: Drive continuous improvement, implement new technologies, and refine existing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Optimize Operations: Oversee facilities, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and champion safety and environmental best practices.
* Strategize & Align: Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure activities align with strategic goals.
* Advance Expertise: Build technical and soft skills across the team, ensuring every member thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Who You Are: The Perfect Fit
* Educational Background: A degree or master’s in Science or Engineering (Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred).
* Experience: 8 – 10 years in pharmaceutical fine chemistry, particle engineering, or drug product manufacturing under cGMP guidelines with 3 years Management experience.
* Visionary Leader: Proven experience leading projects and motivating teams in complex environments.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of organic chemistry, particle engineering, and chemical scale-up processes, along with cGMP and safety practices.
* Global Communicator: Fluent in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas with clarity and precision.
* Compliance Champion: Skilled in adhering to and enforcing rules, regulations, and best practices.
