We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and commercially driven Store Manager to lead a high-profile retail store within a globally recognised premium fashion brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving store performance, and leading a dynamic team with energy, clarity, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through outstanding service and operational excellence.
2. Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience, maintaining the highest brand standards at all times.
3. Take ownership of all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
4. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on growth, feedback, and progression.
5. Analyse business performance and use data to identify opportunities to improve sales and service.
6. Uphold company values and brand identity through every touchpoint in the customer journey.
7. Ensure operational efficiency through effective planning, scheduling, and resource management.
8. Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the local community.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role within a premium or lifestyle brand.
2. A natural leader with strong coaching skills and the ability to develop talent.
3. Commercially aware with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

5. Confident in analysing data and making decisions to improve business performance.
6. Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
