DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to collaborate with stakeholders, tax and legal advisors, and HR teams to plan and execute international assignments across our international locations. This role involves managing mobility processes across entities and ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions. The role is also responsible for providing oversight and direction for all compensation processes in operation across international locations. This role will be appointed on a 12- month basis (maternity cover).ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a global mobility framework to be applied across the group ensuring equity in application and uniformity in candidate experience.Advise stakeholders on international assignment planning and requirements and ensure that local labour laws in the relevant jurisdiction are adhered to.Manage immigration and mobility programs, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracyIdentify and implement optimal solutions for mobility challenges which requires effective collaboration with tax and legal advisors.Provide updates on global market trends for Total Reward and the implications for internal policies, frameworks, and remuneration strategies.Provide analysis and reporting on all aspects of global mobility and international compensation processes, with additional focus on legal and revenue requirements.Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about international compensation and benefits programmes.Support the Head of Reward in the development, presentation and implementation of international Total Reward strategies.QualificationsThird level degree in a relevant discipline.Excellent relationship management skills and experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Experience (3 years+) in managing international assignments and the various aspects of global mobility and compensation practices.Builds strong working relationships and thrives in cross-functional teams driving business objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with a positive disposition and resilient under pressure.Seeks ownership, responsibility and is proactive in approach. Strong attention to detail combined with a high degree of accuracy.Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.Can use own initiative and work independently and efficiently.Willingness to travel as and when required.
