Job Title: Broker Development Executive Location: Dublin Working Model: Primarily field-based with 1-2 office days per week (initially) Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Broker Development Executive to join our client, a leading name in the insurance industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial insurance professional to take ownership of broker relationships across the Greater Dublin Area and wider Leinster region.
The role will be primarily road-based, with initial expectations to attend the office 1-2 days per week during the first six months for onboarding and integration.
Once established, the successful candidate will have full autonomy to manage their own schedule effectively.
Your Role Develop and manage strong, productive relationships with key brokers across the territory Drive new business growth and retention across commercial lines portfolios Implement broker-specific sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives Regularly analyse broker performance and identify areas for improvement Represent the brand with professionalism and deliver valuable market insights Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all broker interactions Your Skills A minimum of 5 years' experience within general insurance, particularly commercial lines CIP qualification is essential Proven ability to drive growth and deliver results through broker networks Excellent relationship management, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and adapt plans based on market needs Full driving licence is required What's on Offer Company car and strong benefits package Hybrid working with long-term flexibility Opportunity to represent a highly regarded insurance brand Should this position be of interest to you please call Tadhg at .
